Leftover rye bread
water
2 cups of beer
2 tablespoon honey
Cream
Break the rye bread into smaller pieces and place them in a large earthenware pot
Add enough water to cover the bread and leave to soak overnight.
The next day, bring the mixture to a boil over the fire and let it simmer until the bread is completely soft.
Whip the mixture and add the beer and the honey. Let it simmer a little longer
Serve with whipped cream on top.
